Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file a representation before respondent no. 6 within a period of four weeks and respondent no. 6 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within four weeks thereafter. 3.

As per submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, petitioner has served for three years as Tola Sevak, but the remuneration has not been paid for the aforesaid period. Respondent no. 6 is directed to verify this fact and if it is found
