2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the bail of the O.P. Nos. 2 & 3 which was granted by learned Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO)-cum-Additional District and Sessions Judge-VII, Bhagalpur vide order dated 18.08.2023 in POCSO Case No. 101 of 2023, arising out of Buduchak P.S. Case No. 47 of 2022.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3887 of 2024(2) dt.18-11-2025 2/2 the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present case stands disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) utkarsh/- U T
