2. The present writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner for following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs in the nature of certiorari for a direction to the respondents to treat the order dated 17.07.1986 passed by Consolidation Officer, Baisi Purnea in Case No. 04/1986 final.
(ii) Further for a direction to the respondent Deputy Director Consolidation, Purnea in Appeal No. 36 of 1986-87 final further for consequential order dated 30.11.1987 passed by Joint Director Consolidation, Purnea in Revision Case No. 302 of 1987 final.
(iii) Further for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled to get in the facts and circumstances of the case.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the orders passed by the Consolidation Authorities during the consolidation operation, the orders of the Consolidation Officer and the Deputy Director of Consolidation are not being carried

4. The petitioner may raise his grievance before the appropriate authority, who shall decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.
