JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 515 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 414 IPC and 139 of Bihar Electricity Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner was involved in theft of electricity aluminium wire.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is labourer and he was engaged by the co-accused Nitesh Kumar to unload the wire. He has no connection with theft of the aluminium wire and, in any manner, connected with the same except that he was a labourer involved in unloading of the aluminium wire. The petitioner is in custody since 8.9.2019.

Case No. 515 of 2019.
