2. The present application is filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No.9384 of 2022 to its original file, which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 11.11.2022 by a Bench of this Court.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that in compliance with the order dated 11.11.2022, the hard copy of the writ petition has been filed; however, some other defect(s) could not be removed due to lack of proper information, but, later
