2. The present application has been preferred for modification of an order dated 24.09.2025 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 63740 of 2025.

3. Cr. Misc. No. 63740 of 2025 was disposed of on 24.09.2025 and the petition was allowed.

4. The present petitioner has been filed submitting that the family member/relative do not have the document to abide by condition 1 of the order. However, the person who has put the present petition on affidavit, Nitish Kumar is ready to stand as a bailor.

5. In that background, the condition no. 1 in order dated 24.09.2025 is modified to the following extent: (i) one of the bailor should be Nitish Kumar who shall provide official document to show his bonafide.

6. This is subject to payment of Rs. 500/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

7. The period of surrender is further extended by further four weeks.
