JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Nath Nagar P.S. Case No. 549 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 448, 341, 323, 379, 427, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of damaging the tractor of the informant and also snatching some cash from him. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case and they have no criminal antecedents.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners,
