2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for direction to respondent authority to pave the way for construction of Boundary wall over purchased land of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.20822 of 2025(3) dt.21-04-2026 2/2 having khata no-21, Kheshra No.417 Area13 Decimals, Mauza-Chainpur Nankhar P.SDesari, Distt-Vaishali; (ii) for direction to provide atmosphere of space and tranquillity over land in question which is under possession of petitioner;

(iii) for any other relief's which the petitioner is found entitle in the fact and circumstances of the case and or the sake of justice.

3. On 08.01.2025, petitioner was directed to provide Annexure to the writ petition and the order was peremptory.

4. As the same was not complied, it stood rejected on 22.01.2026.
