JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions upon the respondents in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the letter no. 286 dated 08.7.2022 issued by respondent no. 6 by which petitioner has been removed from the post of Anaganwari Sahayika at centre Mahadipur Code No. 132 Block-Haspura in the light of verification report submitted by

Patna High Court CWJC No.678 of 2024(2) dt.15-02-2024 2/3 the Headmaster, Govt. High School, Chiroura, Patna dated 17.07.2023 by which marks sheet and transfer certificate the petitioner has been found valid.

(ii) To direct the respondents that immediately joined the petitioner on her respective post of Anganwari Sahayika at Centre No. 132 Mahadipur ward no. 4, Haspura on the basis of the report 17.7.2023 submitted Headmaster Govt. High School, Chiroura, Patna to respondent no. 6 i.e. Child Development Project Officer, Haspura because the respondent no. 6 has called for the report from the Headmaster, Govt. High School, Chiroura vide letter no. 229 dated 03.6.2023.

(iii) To direct the respondents to immediately make payment of dues honorarium amount to the petitioner between April 2020 to July 2022 for which period petitioner performed her duty without any complain."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.678 of 2024(2) dt.15-02-2024 3/3 petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
