The petitioner is accused in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.791 of 2018 registered under Section 414,420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is that recovery of 600 bottles each containing 375 ml Indian made foreign liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85205 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Second Additional Sessions Judge-cumExcise Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.791 of 2018.
