Learned counsel for the petitioners informs this Court that this Court's order dated 13.09.2018, passed in CWJC No. 7982 of 2018, violation of which has been alleged in the present

Patna High Court MJC No.4692 of 2018(3) dt.18-08-2021 2/2 contempt application, has since been complied with, inasmuch as, an order has been passed in compliance of the said order though rejecting the petitioners' claim for grant of recognition. He accordingly, seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to challenge the order dated 20.02.2020, passed by Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board before appropriate forum. This application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for.
