Mr. Rajendra Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Danapur P. S. Case No. 809 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of IPC.
As per F.I.R. there is allegation that two miscreants have snatched away the mobile phone from the informant, who is having mobile shop. Later on, petitioner was arrested on confessional statement of the co-accused. Apart from that he is accused in three other case also.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 29.08.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted, but still he has not been put on TIP. He is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and

No.82473 of 2019(2) dt.12-12-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Danapur P. S. Case No. 809 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition that he has to appear before the local police station of his area after being release in the second week of each month, so that the police may watch his conduct.
Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.S.P., Patna for needful.
