The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 46 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 387, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No cogent material has come during course of investigation against the petitioner. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 24.04.2019.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got a series of criminal history which is evident from paragraph-3 of the petition. There

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82434 of 2019(4) dt.28-05-2020 2/2 is direct allegation of demanding ransom of Rs. 5 Lakh against the petitioner and others.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. According, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J) brajesh/- U T
