By this application, learned counsel has prayed for quashing of the order dated 05.11.2018 passed in Giriyak (Katrisari) P.S. Case No. 230 of 2016 by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Nalanda at Biharsharif, whereby, cognizance was taken and summons issued against the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that charges have been framed on 14.02.2019. Thus, he would not press this application but would be challenging the order dated 14.02.2019 framing charges in the case.
