The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 433/2019 (G.O. Case No. 1027/2019) for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of suspicion. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged seized articles. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2019.
