2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 303(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Informant suspects that all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, in connivance with other accused persons, killed the father of informant. During course of investigation, in paragraph no. 30 of the case diary, it transpired that two independent witnesses have claimed to have seen these petitioners fleeing from the place of occurrence.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and materials available on record, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is refused.
