2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties particularly the opposite party no. 6 for willful disobedience and

Patna High Court MJC No.4381 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 non compliance of the order dated 10.05.2024 passed in CWJC No. 1657 of 2024."

3. On 10.05.2024, the opposite party, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna was directed to look into its notice no. 1049 dated 05.10.2023 and to take the same to its logical conclusion in four months.

4. A show-cause has come on behalf of the opposite party nos. 5 and 6, the District Magistrate, Patna and the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna respectively, according to which, they took cognizance of the matter and vide an order dated 28.11.2024 considering the complicated title involved in the lands in question under 3H(4) of the National Highway Act, 1956 it has been sent to the competent Civil Court, Patna (Annexure R/A of the show-cause).

5. In that background, when the matter has been referred to the competent Civil Court, the aggrieved parties have to fight the case before the said Court.

6. MJC No. 4381 of 2024 stands disposed of.
