2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for an offence punishable under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of abduction of the minor daughter of the informant by the petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners have got clean antecedent

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16527 of 2024(3) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 regular bail of the petitioners.

On perusal of the first information report, case diary, statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C and impugned order dated 18.10.2023, it appears that specific allegation for committing the kidnapping of the daughter of the informant by the petitioners and statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that the petitioners have active participation in the alleged offence and petitioners took her to Nepal to sell her in the fair.

7. So considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and the seriousness of the nature of the offence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

8. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is hereby rejected.
