1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case no.212 of 2019 registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that four unknown accused persons variously armed with firearms looted the branch of the informant of Rs.5,02,309/, Samsung tab, mobile phones etc.

4. It is the case of the petitioner that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Laxman Kumar Singh who has himself been enlarged on bail vide order dated 12.5.2022 (Annexure-2). The petitioner is in custody since

5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having perused the contents of the petition and having heard learned A.P.P. for the State, taking into consideration the allegations in the F.I.R., the contents of the order of the learned trial Court from which it transpires that the name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Laxman Kumar Singh who has himself been enlarged on bail vide order dated 12.5.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. no.67286 of 2021, nothing having been recovered from the petitioner's possession and the petitioner being in custody for more than one year since 5.11.2022, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case no.212 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur.
