JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for grant of pay protection for the period the petitioner had rendered services in the State Government earlier, as per the decision rendered by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 10.5.2018 passed in CWJC No. 4466 of 2016 (Prahlad Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.).
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner be considered by the Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar i.e. the respondent no.2 and a decision be taken in light of the decision taken in the case of Prahlad Singh (supra).
Patna High Court CWJC No.23757 of 2018(3) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to approach the respondent no.2 within a period of four weeks from today by filing an appropriate representation, annexing a copy of the judgment passed in the case of Prahlad Singh (supra), whereupon the respondent no.2 shall adjudicate the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks thereafter.
