Case No. 117 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 188, 283, 285, 290, 291, 427, 353, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3/4 of Damage of Public Property Act and Section 37(a)(b)(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. As per FIR accused persons, including the petitioners attacked the police party on the pretext that police is not cooperating in arresting accused persons, who have lifted a boy. In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioners, in the event of surrender within a period of three weeks from the receipt of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Mahindwara P.S. Case No. 117 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
