JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1/351 of 2018 disclosing offences under Sections 323, 379 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are in-law's of the complainant. There is allegation of demand and torture.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the matter has been settled between the parties outside the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84414 of 2019(2) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 Court.

Heard learned learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 also, who has appeared suo motu has also admitted the above submission.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Pupri, Sitamarhi, in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1/351 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
