JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Shahpur P.S. Case No.243 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under Sections 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have tried to commit rape upon the informant, who is a widow lady, however, counsel for the petitioner submits that the prosecution story is completely unnatural in view of the fact that the place of occurrence has been shown to be Mahavir Temple at Patna which was busiest place and that too in the evening of 18.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand)
