2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 30.11.2023 passed by the Special Judge, Vigilance, I, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 11 of 2017 arising out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 44 of 2017.
3. By the impugned order, the bail bond of the petitioner has been cancelled.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial and will not misuse the privilege of bail in future.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner.
6. Considering the undertaking of the petitioner and in the interest of justice they should be allowed to appear, this application is allowed.
7. Accordingly, the order dated 30.11.2023 passed by the Special Judge, Vigilance, I, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 11 of 2017 arising out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 44 of 2017 is hereby quashed.
8. The petitioner is not required to furnish fresh bail bonds. He will remain on the same bail bonds executed by him earlier.
9. The petitioner is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court regularly so that the trial is not delayed. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
