The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 192 of 2018 vide G.R. No. 1643 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 30(a)/36/38(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is alleged that total 4.200 Ml of foreign liquor has been recovered from house of this petitioner . It is mentioned in para 3 of the bail petition that one another case under the Excise case is pending against this petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74137 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum- Special Judge (Excise Act), Madhubani in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 192 of 2018 vide G.R. No. 1643 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner. The petitioner will file affidavit at the time of filing bail bond that he would not indulge himself in such type of activities in future. If he is found indulged in such type of activities, his bail bond in instant case will liable to be cancelled.
