JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-01-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Bishanpur P.S. Case No. 68 of 2018, dated 18.08.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, Mr. Amrit Abhijat, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

In case, such a petition is filed before the Court
