JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-03-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Gopalganj for redressal of his grievances. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. However, it is clarified that if the petitioner approaches the said authority by filing an appropriate petition within a period of four weeks from today, his case would be heard on merits without being impeded by the issue of limitation.
