JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2019 After some arguments, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the District Teachers' Appointment Appellate Authority, Jamui for redressal of his grievances. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty and in case the petitioner approaches the said authority within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall examine the case of the petitioner herein expeditiously without being impeded by the issue of limitation.
