2. The petitioner who retired on 30.09.2023 as Panchayat Secretary has filed this writ petition for payment of his retiral dues including the benefits of ACPs/MACPs etc.

Though the writ petition has been filed with the aforesaid prayers, learned advocate for the petitioner has prayed for disposal of this writ petition at this stage itself with a direction to the District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah/ Respondent No. 1 to dispose off the representation filed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.583 of 2025(2) dt.21-01-2025 2/2 petitioner dated 23.06.2024 (annexure-P3 to the writ petition), which is a representation submitted to the District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah/ Respondent No. 1 for payment of the retiral dues of the petitioner.

The prayer made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, not being opposed by the learned State counsel, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with a direction to the District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah/ Respondent No. 1 to consider and dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner on 23.06.2024 (annexure-P3 to the writ petition), in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order.

5. The writ petition is disposed off with the above direction.
