2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 971 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a)/32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.
3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 750 ml of illicit liquor.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case as the alleged recovery has been made from the brother-in-law of the petitioner and not from the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Speical Excise Judge-II, Aurangabad/concerned Court below in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 971 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
