The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 132/2015 (S.T. No. 230/2019) registered for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 363, 370 of the Indian Penal code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. In this case police after investigation, has already submitted final form finding the case to be not true. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78313 of 2019(2) dt.18-01-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case 132/2015 (S.T. No. 230/2019).
