2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80(2)/3(5) of B.N.S.S.

3. As per FIR, petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have committed murder of the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application and he is languishing in judicial custody since 13.09.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 273 of 2024.

7. However, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
