The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No.223 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 363 and 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per prosecution case, daughter of the informant, who is married with one Md. Perwez, fled away with the accused persons taking away Rs.4 lakh, ornaments and papers of land.

No.81194 of 2019(4) dt.27-10-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and they have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the occurrence took place on 03.07.2019 but the FIR was lodged on 09.07.2019 much after delay of six days of lodging of the FIR. However, learned APP for the State vehementally opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No.223 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
