2. The present petition has been preferred against the order dated 25.05.2022 passed by the respondent no.1, the Additional Collector, Saharsa in Misc. Case No. 41 of 2000. He has not find any irregularity passed by DCLR cum S.D.O., Saharsa and by which/dismissed the appeal filed by the petitioner and order dated 6.12.85 passed by the respondent no.3 in Rent Assignment Case No. 16/83 & 16/83.

3. At the outset, learned AC to SC-4 submits that the petitioner is challenging the order dated 25.05.2022 passed by the Additional Collector, Saharsa as also the order dated 6.12.85 passed by the respondent no.3, the Circle Officer, Bakhatiarpur, Saharsa but the order dated 16.12.85 is not on record.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner after some argument submits that he will be approaching the appropriate authority/Tribunal against the order passed by the Additional Collector, Saharsa.

5. Granting such liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
