2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is husband of the deceased. Charge has already been framed and till date no witness has been examined as per trial court's report dated 1.8.2025. Petitioner is in custody since 12.9.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
