The petitioner is said to have been arrested while fleeing from his room wherefrom on search 19.800 litres of Indian origin foreign liquor have been seized and for that the petitioner happens to be under custody since 28.9.2019. In para3 of the petition it has been incorporated that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

That being so, the petitioner, Rakesh Kumar Prasad @ Bhantu @ Mantu, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Addl.
