The petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.R.P. Patna P.S. Case No. 402 of 2017 registered under Sections 401, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 137 and 147 of the Railway Act.

Considering the nature of allegation, the statement made in para 3 of the application that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the period of about two years undergone by him in custody, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Railway Junction, Patna in

(a) that the petitioner shall attend court in accordance with the conditions of the bond executed;

(b) that the petitioner shall not commit an offence similar to the offence of the present case; and (c) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
