The petitioner seeks bail in Saharsa P.S. Case No.505 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under Sections 392, 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the co-accused including the petitioner is to have looted the motorcycle of the informant. It appears from the impugned order that the said motorcycle has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has also criminal history of the same nature.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78971 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer after nine months of jail custody.
