JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-03-2020 The petitioner who is in custody since 21.07.2019 seeks bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 472 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Neither the petitioner has been named in the F.I.R nor any suspicion has been raised against him. His implication in this case is only on the basis of confession of a co-accused person. Notwithstanding the period of custody of the petitioner, he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

The petitioner is stated to have clean antecedent.
