2. The present writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for the following reliefs:- i) For commanding and directing the respondents to conduct prompt and fair investigation in Simari P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024 lodged dated 22.03.24.

ii) For commanding and directing the respondent to conduct investigation by Special Investigation Team looking the nature of case. iii) For commanding and directing the respondents to conduct the case by the Specialist team of Cyber Expert and also to take proper legal action against guilty persons who are found liable in the instant case.

iv) For commanding/ directing to protect

3. The only contention of the petitioner is that the alleged victim girl has left her house on her own and the petitioner's son has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. He further submits that earlier also, the alleged victim girl has left her house with someone else and she was recovered from Mumbai.

5. In view of the above, he submits that the case may be properly investigated so that the petitioner's son may not be unnecessarily harassed for the offence which he has not committed.

6. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Buxar to take all steps for recovery of the victim girl and getting recorded her statement under Section 183 of the BNSS/under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

7. Till the aforesaid is done, the police shall not arrest the petitioner's son in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024.
