2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in Chautham P.S. Case No. 215 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 308, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, the accused persons named in the FIR along with the petitioner, having armed with lathi, danda and rod arrived at the house of informant and in consequence thereof, they abused and assaulted the informant. Further allegation is that they tried to outrage the modesty of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88257 of 2024(2) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 that he has falsely been implicated in this case. There is land dispute between the parties. The allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus and co-accused Rakesh Kumar Gupta against whom there is allegation to inflict assault on the head of the informant, has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 18.01.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 83394 of 2023. The injuries are simple in nature.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Khagaria in connection with Choutham P.S. Case No. 215 of 2023, G.R. No. 2353 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C.
