The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307,379,504,34 of the Indian Penal Code. No allegation is there against the petitioner of commission of any injury at the vital part of the body of the informant or of commission of theft of cash from the pocket of the informant. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
