Petitioner is under suspension in contemplation of department since 08.10.2018, we are in September, 2019 more than eleven months has passed but till date no final decision has been taken by the department.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to complete the departmental proceeding latest by 04.11.2019, failing which not only the order of suspension but the entire department proceeding shall come to an end.
