Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a)(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Submission is that liquor was recovered from the river side. Petitioner was not there at the time of recovery. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Buniyadganj P.S.
