2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 784 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 109, 3(5) of the BNS Act and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is not named in the FIR and he is also not the assailant of the victim.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 9.10.2024.

5. Considering the facts of the case and also considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
