2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 118(1), 118(2), 109 and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per F.I.R., on 08.06.2025 at about 10:35 PM in the night, the informant came out of the house, then all the five accused persons including this petitioner opened fire, causing injury to the informant on his right leg.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation of firing is general and omnibus. As per F.I.R., five persons are alleged to have fired, but only one injury has been caused to informant, that too on his leg, which shows that there was no intention to kill informant. At the place of occurrence, only one fired cartridge has been recovered.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that there is specific allegation against petitioner that he along with other co-accused fired, causing injury to the informant on his right leg. Besides this, petitioner has got four criminal antecedent.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
