In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Routa P.S. Case No. 113 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 420, 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police on secret information intercepted the accused persons along with the stolen motor cycle. From the confessional statement it transpires that in what manner they are executing and lifting the motor cycle, one group of accused persons is involved in lifting the motor cycle and another group is involved in selling the same.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78677 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after nine months of custody.
