2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 438 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2)/115(2)/109/352/351(2)/3(5) of the of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with a sword. From the injury report, it appears that the injuries are lacerated.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 12.10.2024 and he claims to have clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
