The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. From a four wheeler huge quantity of liquor was recovered on 19.10.2019 and two persons were apprehended. The said vehicle was registered in the name of the petitioners. Submission is that the petitioner had already leased out the said vehicle to co-accused Ganesh Sao who was apprehended. The lease was prior to the alleged date of recovery.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of
