1. The learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that though the order of this Court dated 03.07.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No.1641 of 2016 has stood complied with, however the issue regarding grant of the benefits of time bound promotion with effect from the year, 1981 is yet to be resolved, hence it is submitted that the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate her subsisting grievance, if any, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.
